The following directives have been created to optimize the safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic:
Booking an appointment/Office Visits
All visits are by appointment only. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
Screening: All patients will be screened upon arrival to the clinic for their scheduled appointment. Screening involves a series of questions related to any COVID-19 symptoms, recent travel, any known exposure to a person infected with COVID-19, and test results. If you do not pass your screening, you will be rescheduled. We appreciate your cooperation and honesty during this process.
Physical distancing: Glass screens have been installed at reception to protect our staff and patients. We ask both patients and staff to be mindful of each other’s space.
Minimizing the number of patients in the clinic: Only one patient will be allowed in the clinic at a time. We ask that you attend your appointment alone or with one caregiver if essential.
Please arrive at your appointment NO MORE than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please enter the building through the side door, and you will be directed from there. Thank you for your understanding!
While we continue to follow our standard infection control procedures, additional measures have been added for staff and patient safety.
Please note that while we are diligently following Public Health Ontario protocols and are taking every available measure to maintain a safe and healthy environment, it is impossible to give any guarantee that persons who attend the clinic have not been exposed to COVID-19, which could potentially put others at risk.
